Joseph Army

Joseph Army has served as President, Chief Executive Officer and as a member of the board of directors of Vapotherm since June 2012. Prior to joining Vapotherm, Joseph served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Salient Surgical Technologies, Inc., which Medtronic acquired in 2011. He first joined Salient in 1999 as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance. Before that, he held various positions including Vice President of Finance and Supply Chain Operations for Westaim Biomedical (acquired by Smith & Nephew) and strategy consultant for Coopers & Lybrand Consulting. Joseph is certified in production and inventory management and is a certified public accountant (inactive status).
