David Tallon is Vice President of R&D for Stryker’s Neurosurgical business which he has led for the last 7 years, in addition to leading cross-divisional programs for the development of fully integrated neurotechnology and procedural solutions. He has more than 30 years-experience in leading R&D and Manufacturing in the Medical Device, Automotive and Mining industries in the US, Europe and Japan. David holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, a Postgraduate Diploma in Advanced Manufacturing and Software Development, and master’s degree in Technology Management. He is a former chairman of the Irish Medical Device Association.
