Bruno Nardone

Bruno Nardone is President and Chief Operating Officer of Chelsea Management Group, LLC. (CMG), a management consulting firm focused on assisting healthcare organizations with achieving optimal net operating margin while maintaining clinical excellence.  He is engaged in all aspects of the firms planning and performance.

Prior to joining CMG, Bruno was the Global Leader of Healthcare and Life Sciences (HCLS) at Quantiphi where he was responsible for all dimensions of the HCLS Business Unit strategy, operations and for assisting clients with realizing the power of digital solutions, in particular AI/ML capabilities, to drive their organization success.  As the first HCLS Business Unit leader ever at Quantiphi he grew the team from concept to over 300 practitioners in his first three years with the organization, including the establishment of a new Advisory Services team.  While directing delivery of engagements for clients ranging from Fortune 500 industry leaders to innovative startups, he also orchestrated the first acquisition ever at Quantiphi, to bolster unique HCLS industry skills for digital health data interoperability.  

Bruno’s career in healthcare and life sciences spans more than 30 years in roles including executive leadership at global health IT service and solutions companies, as a business strategy consultant, and as a hospital administrator.  These include leadership positions at IBM Global Services, SAIC, Health Advances, and NextGen Healthcare.  His domain expertise includes business and product strategy leadership to facilitate data driven transformation in the areas of advanced analytics, connected health, population health, care management and patient engagement.     

During his career, Bruno has worked across industry stakeholder groups leading high-performance teams focused on improving quality, efficiency, and connectivity in healthcare; along the way helping his own or client organizations meet or exceed their strategic goals.

Mr. Nardone is a Life Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, and serves on the board of New England HIMSS where he has Chaired or participated in a number of Board Committees.  He earned his Master of Health Services Administration from The George Washington University, and Bachelor of Science from Cornell University.
