Harel Gadot is a proven healthcare executive, entrepreneur, and global leader in medical robotics with 25+ years of experience across public companies, venture creation, and multinational healthcare organizations in the US and EMEA. He has a sustained record of identifying unmet clinical needs and translating complex technologies into commercially successful medical solutions, bringing breakthrough robotics from concept through regulatory clearance, market adoption, and scale.
Harel is the Founder, CEO, President, and Chairman of Microbot Medical Inc., where he led the company from inception through its successful Nasdaq listing and continues to guide its strategic growth in robotic endovascular solutions.
He is also the Founder and Group Chairman of MEDX Ventures Group, an investment and management firm advancing transformative medical technologies. Additionally, Harel founded MEDX Xelerator, a medical device incubator established in partnership with Boston Scientific Corporation, Intellectual Ventures, Sheba Medical Center, and the Israel Innovation Authority.
Harel previously held senior global marketing leadership roles at Johnson and Johnson and is a frequent lecturer on innovation and leadership.
