How much does it cost to attend the event?

A regular ticket for the full show costs $995. We have early bird specials and other admission options. You can find full pricing information here.

What should I do when I get to the event?

Pick up your badge on-site at the registration desk. Your confirmation email includes a barcode which can be scanned, or we can look you up by name.

Is there Wi-Fi available?

Free Wi-Fi is accessible throughout the venue, at the Boston Convention and Expo Center.

Does my ticket include admission to the co-located events?

Yes, with your pass, you will be able to explore the exhibit floors of the Robotics Summit & Expo and the Advanced Automation Forum.

What is the attire for the conference?

Business casual. To ensure comfort, consider layers to adjust for temperature changes in the meeting rooms.

What is the refund policy if I can no longer attend?

Please see our refund policy listed here. If you purchased a full conference pass, you will have an opportunity to receive a partial refund.

What is the refund policy if the event is cancelled?

If the event is cancelled, your conference pass can be deferred to a different DeviceTalks event within the same calendar year.

Are hotel accommodations included in registration?

No. Hotel accommodations are not included in the price of your ticket. However, we will have a small block of rooms available at a special rate for conference guests. You can check here for our hotel block rates.

Where can I find information about hotels and Boston?

You can find all the information you need about coming to Boston in our Travel tab in the menu bar at the top of the page.

Are meals included with my registration?

No. Meals are not included with your registration. The exhibit hall will have concessions available to purchase food. There will be a welcome reception on Tuesday night with light appetizers.

Can my child attend the show?

Children under 18 must be registered for the show and a parent or legal guardian must sign a liability form and turn it in at help desk. Children will be identified with a green star on their badge indicating the waiver way signed and turned in.
