Holly Sheffield

Ms. Sheffield joined Cooper as Executive Vice President & Chief Strategy Officer in June 2018. Prior to joining Cooper, Ms. Sheffield had over 20 years of experience in investment banking. She joined Cooper from UBS Securities LLC, where she was a Managing Director, Global Head of Medical Technology since 2009. Ms. Sheffield was also co-head of the America’s Investment Bank Diversity and Inclusion Council at UBS along with involvement in several other cultural initiatives within the bank. From 2000 to 2009, Ms. Sheffield was at Credit Suisse, most recently as a Managing Director. From 1997-2000, Ms. Sheffield was at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette until it was acquired by Credit Suisse. Ms. Sheffield received a B.S. from Cornell University and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
