Jennifer is a Supply Chain and Operations leader with 25 years of experience across medical devices. Jennifer joined Johnson & Johnson in 1997 as a Manufacturing Supervisor in the Joint Reconstruction business. Throughout her career, Jennifer has held positions of increasing responsibility across various Supply Chain roles in Manufacturing, Project Management, Engineering, New Product Introduction, Risk Management and End to End Supply Chain Management. She has been fortunate to lead teams across all segments of orthopaedics including Joint Reconstruction, Trauma, Spine, Sports, Shoulder Reconstruction as well as Neuro.
Currently, Jennifer leads the Supply Chain organization focused on the Sports and Shoulder Reconstruction business. In this role, Jennifer is responsible for orchestrating supply chain strategies in support of the business strategy. In partnership with the platform leadership team, she drives supply chain priorities centered around growth, innovation, quality, safety, reliability and cost in concert with transformational strategies.
Jennifer is an experienced professional in the medical device industry with demonstrated focus on cross functional team building, new product introduction and end to end supply chain management. She has proven experience in implementing and executing strategies resulting in greater customer confidence and strengthened business results. Jennifer is known to foster an environment that embraces collaboration, diversity, promotes creativity and effective problem solving as well as a personal passion for the professional development of her extended team.
Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and a Master of Business Administration from Northeastern University.
Jennifer, her husband, and their two daughters enjoy active vacations together where they spend time camping, skiing, hiking and exploring the National Parks across the United States.
