Najia Khawar is currently the senior director of the Project Management Office (PMO) for the Digital Solutions & Technical Services team at Baxter International, a global leader in medtech.
Najia joined Baxter (then Hillrom) in 2015 and oversees Baxter’s enterprise PMO teams across several areas of the business. Najia has more than 15 years of experience in project and program management leading large-scale software and medical device implementations for healthcare customers, including electronic health record and revenue cycle system implementations, clinical quality measures, training and more. She has found success in simplifying,
streamlining and standardizing implementations with a customer-first mentality, including for large health systems.
Najia has a master’s degree in health administration and an executive Master of Business Administration from Duke University.
