Pam leads the global HR organization while also enabling an engaging employee experience for the over 1700 employees across the globe that bring sterilization technology to protect patients every day. Pam engages with the business leadership teams to advance their talent strategies and ensure they are enabling business impact and building a culture inclusion and high performance.
Prior to this role, she worked in a variety of talent center of expertise positions and HR business partner roles at Medtronic and Target. These positions focused on talent assessment, coaching, leadership development, strategic workforce planning, employee engagement and succession planning.
Pam began her career consulting at SHL where she worked with a variety of Fortune 500 organizations across consumer products, telecommunications, financial services, and retail industries to implement hiring and development solutions. Pam received her M.A. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Minnesota Statue University, Mankato. She is also a Certified Professional Co-active Coach and Associate Certified Coach
