Sara has experience managing individual, nationwide and mass tort litigation matters involving a variety of medical devices including neurostimulation devices, implantable cardiac devices, intrathecal pain pumps, surgical tools and implants, orthopedic implants, as well as prescription pain, antibiotic, anti-convulsant, anti-nausea and anti-depressant medications. Sara also regularly counsels manufacturers regarding such pre-litigation matters as review and drafting of appropriate warning language for product labeling and manuals, Consumer Products Safety Commission compliance, and other product recall and reporting issues.
