Therese has over 30 years of experience in medical devices across multiple disciplines. Therese began her career with Johnson & Johnson in the sales organization in our Orthopaedics business. Following her accomplished sales career, Therese spent 10 years in several marketing roles where she collaborated with numerous stakeholders to bring products and services from inception to commercial execution. Therese also served as the Director of Stakeholder Engagement and Meetings and Conventions across Johnson & Johnson Medical Devices where she and her team engaged with key medical societies and successfully executed thousands of meetings.
Therese has been a leader in education for 15 years in various platforms within DePuy Synthes. In 2019, Therese assumed the role of Director, WW Strategy and US Execution, Sports and is currently responsible for creating Worldwide Professional and Commercial Education strategies and execution in alignment with the Mitek Commercial objectives and customer needs. Therese and her colleagues have worked diligently to drive EdTech in MedTech, leveraging new technologies and driving digital adoption. Therese was also a key leader that designed, launched, and expanded the Johnson & Johnson Education Institutes in North America and the Johnson & Johnson Institute Education brand worldwide. Therese is currently a member of the DePuy Synthes Global Education Solutions Leadership Team and the Mitek Sports Medicine and Shoulder Reconstruction Leadership Team.
Along with her extensive experience with Johnson & Johnson, Therese is very passionate regarding advancing Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and is currently a campus lead for Johnson & Johnson’s Women’s Leadership and Inclusion Group and a member of J&J’s Women of Orthopaedics Team. Therese is known for her strong customer engagement, her commitment to developing her teams, and her ability to collaborate with partners around the globe. Therese holds a Bachelor of Science with a dual concentration in Marketing and Management from Bryant University and a Master of Business Administration from Providence College.
Therese and her twin boys love sports, the outdoors and traveling as often as they can.
