AJ Javidi

AJ Javidi is currently vice president, U.S. and Canada at Baxter. In this role, Javidi leads commercial strategy and execution for the Front Line Care division in the U.S. and Canada, as well as Care & Connectivity Solutions in Canada. Javidi partners closely with customers and internal teams to advance Baxter’s mission to save and sustain lives.

Javidi brings more than two decades of commercial leadership experience in medtech and healthcare. He previously held leadership roles at Hillrom and Welch Allyn, leading U.S. acute care sales teams and advancing customer partnerships across hospital and health system markets.

Earlier in his career, Javidi held roles of increasing responsibility in healthcare sales, developing teams and driving growth across diverse product portfolios. Javidi is based in the Syracuse, New York area and holds a bachelor’s degree from Central Michigan University.
