Alisa Salibra is vice president, Marketing, Strategy & Medical Affairs, Front Line Care at Baxter. Salibra joined Baxter in 2021 from Hillrom and currently leads portfolio strategy and prioritization to fuel growth across Front Line Care businesses: Exam Diagnostics, Patient Monitoring, Cardiology and Respiratory Health.
She began her career in 2002 with multiple leadership roles with increasing responsibility for portfolio businesses. Salibra serves as the site leader for the facility in Skaneateles Falls, NY.
Before joining Baxter, Salibra worked in Arthur Andersen’s business consulting practice and has experience in the managed care industry.
Salibra obtained her bachelor’s degree in Administration of Health Services from Ithaca College and an MBA from Georgetown University.
