Cynthia is the Sr. Director of Program Management / Material Planning with responsibility for leading development programs from concept to commercialization, as well as strategic materials planning for the organization. Prior to joining Instylla, Cynthia was a Sr. Program Manager at Ximedica working on early-stage development programs and formative studies for medical device and pharmaceutical clients.
While at AngioDynamics, Cynthia successfully led the development of a wide range of medical devices such as ports, microcatheters, guidewire, and RF/MW ablation systems. She established and led a PMO and the business integration of Angio’s newly acquired UK-based Microsulis (MW Ablation) manufacturer.
Prior to entering the medical device industry, Cynthia held various program management positions within multinational OEM and consumer products organizations leading global development teams and working with a global supply-base and contract manufacturers.
Cynthia holds two patents and earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts – Lowell and an MBA from Cleveland State University.
