David Lefebvre is an in-house patent attorney with Fresenius Medical Care’s global intellectual property group. David has been with Fresenius Medical Care since August 2019 and his responsibilities include providing IP diligence support to Fresenius Medical Care Ventures. FMC Ventures invests in start-ups and early-stage companies in the healthcare sector. Prior to joining Fresenius Medical Care, David spent seven years at Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett & Dunner, LLP where his patent practice included client counseling, patent prosecution, portfolio management, post-grant practice, and patent litigation.
