Eric is currently serving the medical device and cybersecurity arenas as a consultant focusing on establishing and improving management systems. Previously Eric was Head of Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs for Bose where he led the effort to design, manufacture, gain regulatory clearance and market the world’s first over the counter hearing aid. This involved building a quality management system from the ground up. While at Bose Eric also implemented a cybersecurity management system for road vehicle security and ISO 21434 compliance. Prior to joining Bose, Eric had extensive Quality and Regulatory experience with a wide array of global design and manufacturing companies across multiple industries with a heavy emphasis on medical. Eric has developed and deployed numerous enterprise level digital quality management systems for design, development, manufacturing, post market surveillance and managing global supply chain networks. Eric has also deployed web-based data acquisition and analytical solutions for governing manufacturing and supply chain processes.
Eric holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of New Haven, a MS in Organizational Leadership and Quality from Marian College and a MS in Psychology from the University of Phoenix. In addition to his professional pursuits, Eric is an avid researcher of ancient history, composes and performs his own music and guides individuals and groups dedicated to moving humanity forward.
