John Coolidge

John Coolidge has served as the Vice President of Operations for Vapotherm since March 2014. He has over three decades of experience leading all areas of Operations at both large multisite and early-stage Medical Device companies. He has led Lean transformations and has won the Shingo Prize for Operational Excellence at Both Aspect Medical and Johnson & Johnson. Prior to Vapotherm he held senior leadership positions at Iwalk (2011-2014), Transmedics (2011), Covidien (2009-2011), Aspect Medical (1997-2009), Medtronic (1995-1997) and Johnson & Johnson (1987-1995). Mr. Coolidge holds an MS in Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology.
